The proposal involves upgrading and extending the existing Bandon Road to a 6.5 km, four-lane divided road, linking Richmond Road at Marsden Park and Windsor Road at Vineyard. The proposed scope includes a new grade-separated crossing of the Richmond Rail Line, removal of the existing level crossing at Vineyard, flood management works and dedicated walking and cycling infrastructure. The proposal aims to improve safety, access and connectivity while supporting growth in the North-West Growth Area.
