This report examines the progress of infrastructure reform since we released the 2016 Australian Infrastructure Plan. We commissioned EY to undertake this work to inform development of the 2021 Australian Infrastructure Plan, which is being released mid-year. The report finds that governments across Australia are at varying stages of progress against the reform recommendations in the 2016 Plan
