Infrastructure Australia provides advice to government on transport, communications, energy and water proposals that are to be funded from the Building Australia Fund. Infrastructure Australia assesses projects for the Building Australia Fund against a set of principles and evaluation criteria. This document sets out those principles and criteria and provides some explanation of the legislation that applies to project selection using the principles and criteria.
