In some cases, we may need to seek further information about a proposed project in order to complete our evaluation. When this happens, we will note in the table below that we are awaiting information, and during this time the evaluation will remain on hold.

The business case is to upgrade the Prospect Highway between Reservoir Road at Prospect and 200 metres north of St Martins Crescent, Blacktown (approximately 3.6 kilometres). It aims to provide a four-lane divided road along this section to reduce congestion, support public transport and freight movements, improve safety and more.

The business case is for a new railway line to service Greater Western Sydney and the new Western Sydney Airport. It includes new stations at the Western Sydney Airport and the Western Sydney Aerotropolis, as well as fully-automated driverless trains.
