The Shepparton Line Upgrade (Shepparton Corridor Upgrade Stage 3) proposal is envisaged to deliver faster and more reliable services between Shepparton and Melbourne by providing track and signalling upgrades, and enhanced stabling.

The Barwon Heads Road Duplication proposal seeks to duplicate a four kilometre section of Barwon Heads Road between Settlement Road and Reserve Road. The proposal includes construction of a new bridge over the rail line at Marshall and remove the level crossing, upgrade multiple intersections, a shared path, new street lighting and road signage.

The Tonkin Highway Extension proposal involves the construction of a 14 km extension of the Tonkin Highway from Thomas Road to the South Western Highway.

In 2013, Infrastructure Australia assessed the North West Coastal Highway – Minilya to Barradale initiative as ‘Threshold’.

In 2013, Infrastructure Australia assessed the Leach Highway Fremantle Upgrade initiative as ‘Threshold’.

In 2013, Infrastructure Australia positively assessed the Great Northern Highway – Muchea to Wubin Stage 2 project as ‘Threshold’ on the Infrastructure Priority List.

In 2015, Infrastructure Australia included the Perth Freight Link initiative as a ‘Threshold’ project on the Infrastructure Priority List.

In 2013, Infrastructure Australia recommended that the Melbourne Metro project be included on the 2013 Infrastructure Priority List as ‘Threshold’, upon three conditions.

In 2013, Infrastructure Australia recommended that the M80 Ring Road Upgrade initiative move from ‘New Submission’ to ‘Threshold’ on the Infrastructure Priority List.

In 2015, Infrastructure Australia recommended that the Princes Highway West – Winchelsea to Colac Duplication initiative be rated as ‘subject to further consideration’.
