The Mooloolah River Interchange proposal is for improvements to the interchange at the intersection of the Sunshine Motorway, Brisbane Road and Nicklin Way, to meet demand pressures.

The Logan and Gold Coast Faster Rail (Kuraby to Beenleigh) proposal includes increasing rail capacity, modernised rail systems, upgraded train stations and road access, a new stabling facility, level crossing removals and a dedicated active transport facility.

The Coomera Connector Stage 1 proposal is for an alternative transport route to the M1 for local trips between Coomera and Nerang.

The Shepparton Line Upgrade (Shepparton Corridor Upgrade Stage 3) proposal is envisaged to deliver faster and more reliable services between Shepparton and Melbourne by providing track and signalling upgrades, and enhanced stabling.

The Barwon Heads Road Duplication proposal seeks to duplicate a four kilometre section of Barwon Heads Road between Settlement Road and Reserve Road. The proposal includes construction of a new bridge over the rail line at Marshall and remove the level crossing, upgrade multiple intersections, a shared path, new street lighting and road signage.

On 16 February 2018, Infrastructure Australia added the Beerburrum to Nambour Rail Upgrade project the Infrastructure Priority List as a Priority Project. 

On 16 February 2018, Infrastructure Australia added the Brisbane Metro project, by Brisbane City Council, as a High Priority Project on the Infrastructure Priority List.

On 7 September 2016, infrastructure Australia positively assessed the M80 Ring Road Upgrade project in Melbourne, Victoria as a High Priority Project on the Infrastructure Priority List.

On 9 December 2016, Infrastructure Australia added the Melbourne Metro project as a High Priority Project on the Infrastructure Priority List.

On 9 December 2016, Infrastructure Australia positively assessed the Murray Basin Rail Project as a Priority Project on the Infrastructure Priority List.
